I think it’s neat that you created your own form combining a specific meter and rhyme.
The images I especially liked are:
*Butterfly2B* shivers rattle bones
*Butterfly2B* sheets of water
*Butterfly2B* fresh bright souls
*Butterfly2B* core-deep cold
I also liked the repetition of the “s” sound in several of the lines. It seems to pull the poem together.
