 Welcome to WDC from "Newbie Welcome Wagon"  ! Hi there, Tina! This is a nice 'feel good' story about Rodney, his paranoia about Russians, and his favorite type of pancake, and even though I read your 'disclaimer' at the top, I'm guessing this really is based on a true story, right? Or perhaps at least based on one... You did an excellent job of telling this, and I think I can relate to it more than some people can. I once worked around mentally challenged people in a small wood mill where we made posts for picket fencing. The MC 'clients', as we also called them, would just stack the wood scraps and clean up the mill. The main workers, like me, did all the sawing and worked with the machines. But there was one client there I knew from when I went to college. He was a Special Ed. student, but he also had an eidetic memory! If you only met him once and told him your name and birthday, and then didn't see him again for years, he could tell you your name and your birthday without even thinking about it! I've never seen anybody else in my life be able to do that! I don't know if it was just names and birthdays, but I still thought it was pretty neat! Sorry, I digress. Great spelling and grammar, but I did spot one tiny niggle: "Shhhh!" He said as he placed a finger...'
