Wow!
The cover picture is the first thing that grabbed my attention, and then the title and brief description are intriguing.
The first line made me do a double take and I checked again that I've clicked on the right poem! This is one of the most original descriptions of aging that I've come across, and yet the aspects you mention are familiar (weather, scars). The wordplay ('whether', 'belong') is cleverly done.
The second verse goes beyond the person to the idea of time and habit and how these change, too, over the years. The last line is open to interpretation. I'm not sure I've understood what exactly you wanted to convey, I see it as 'longing' somewhere ...
I read it through three times to get the full impact. Great piece!
