Wow! Undoubtedly, it is fantastic Flash Fiction. It is a fine comedy where the sheriff from West Virginia teaches a lawyer from New York the difference between stop and slow down.
The Number of characters is only two, those people.
The pace of the story is fast.
From the beginning, It is heading towards a particular goal. That is the prime of Fiction.
