It is a letter from a mother that is never sent, but the story is indeed true. A son is suffering from male breast cancer. The mom expresses her sadness here. The pain for her child creates sadness in the reader's heart.
Male breast cancer is very rare to see but when it happens that can take the life.
That acute frustration has been exactly projected here. So, that son refused further treatment. That proved that the man lost all hope.
It is very painful for her mother. That inexplicable sadness is in the letter. A mother can not communicate those to her son. So it remains as an unposted letter.
Overall, it is a brilliant performance. There is no doubt about it. I hope your creativity will entertain us in future, too.
