This is a rhyme to tribute to the poet's friend Earl, a man who died from breast cancer. We know breast cancer is a disease of women but it is not perfectly true. A few men, though they are negligible in numbers, also suffer from the disease, too.
Earl tried hard to avoid this illness but luck did not fever him. It is too unfortunate but what can we do against fate?
That story makes us sad. But I must appreciate the style of writing. That mesmerises us. I hope that your creative ideas will entertain us in future, too.
