It is not a story. It is an outline of a Fiction. That is a very interesting story. It is the brainchild of the writer. But he should be aware of the fact that the story must be conversation-oriented. It should not be opted for the descriptive mode. That may hamper the pace of the short story and also hamper the readability.
I hope that the fiction will be a classic one.
