It's simply a great Echo Poem. When we go to a lonely place. That place should be soundless. The slow wind is passing only. That creates echo mainly the last word which creates another meaning to us. That has been drawn beautifully by the poet with a few selected words that ask some meaningful questions to our inner 'I'.
It is an excellent creation.
