Title: The Unforgiving Job of a Mascot Pt. 1

First Impression: Michael always wanted to be a Mascot. He tried out for cheerleading. The day came when he went for the tryouts to become a Mascot. When the music started it was like he had the courage to do the moves. Then he saw all but two varsity football players approved of him. He made runner up, but the person who got it declined the position and gave the position to him, so he got it. On the day of the game he was heading to the field when the two varsity football players stopped him and bullied him.

Micheal is going to have a tough time in this book and he just started his time as Mascot for his college. Interesting beginning. His passion for becoming a Mascot for college shows through. After the bullying will his passion continue on or will the bullying stop him? The next part would have the answer.

What needs your attention: No spelling or grammar errors found.

What part I liked best: The tryout where he was first nervous, then it was as if he wasn't nervous in the first place when the music began.

Overall impression: Michael is full of passion about being a Mascot, but it does come at a cost. Great start with just the right details about his passion. And the intense moment of the beginning of the tryout as he makes his way in and does it. There is foreshadowing involved when two of the players didn't join in the crowd. There is the sad wrap up with the bullying involved as he made it despite being a runner up and leaves me wondering how will he perform during the game. It is a sad ending for the first part but curiosity might take over and lead me to the second part. Good job and keep up the good work!

Thank you for allowing me to read your work. It has been my pleasure.
