Up, Up and Away [13+] The hot air balloon ride had been on her bucket list, until her birthday. |
Hi Leger~ , This review is a part of "Game of Thrones" [13+]. Overall Impression: Now this story has a twist in its tail! I didn't see that ending coming! I felt so excited for Leann at first, when her dream was coming true. This was soon soured by Leo. Forgetting her birthday for years on end was bad enough, but his shame at her excitement confirmed for me that this is not a happy, healthy relationship. He didn't have it in his heart to feel joy for her. I hoped, then, and with his actions later, that she would realise that she doesn't need him. That she gets rid of him. Well, I guess she does! You did a good job at describing a relationship of this kind. The thoughts and feelings. Too many people are with those who do not genuinely like them nor wish them well. It's very sad. We all of us deserve someone who truly loves and respects us. Of course, that doesn't excuse Leann's actions. As much as I understand why she did what she did, it doesn't make it right. I confess that I wasn't too sad about Leo, though, which is food for thought about my own morals. And that kind of question makes for a good story. Well done! Suggestions: I don't have any suggestions, sorry. Not helpful, I know, but I didn't spot any issues with spelling, or grammar - everything is as it should be. Again, good work! My Rating: This is an interesting piece that provided me with food for thought. I liked it. I had no suggestions. Therefore, I will give this item a rating of 5 out of 5.
