*Reading* THE POEM

A poem dedicated to those flowers that pop out during spring time.

*Idea* WHAT I LIKED

I liked how each flower (crocuses, daffodils, tulips, hyacinth) are highlighted in their own stanzas.

*Star* STRUCTURE

This is free form poem. The 2nd and 4th lines rythme in each stanza.

*Star* MECHANICS

I did not spot any spelling/punctuation mistakes. The poem is easy to read and has a nice flow when read out loud.

*Star* DESCRIPTIONS

I liked: "Dancing in the sunshine, on a windy spring day," It's a nice, easy description that I can imagine, but, I think because it is so easy, I can put myself in a memory of a windy spring day and feel the sunshine on my face. It gives the poem depth.

*Star* PARTING THOUGHTS/SUGGESTIONS

The opening engages the reader, putting them in the moment, and keeps them reading. The title fits the poem well. Nice expression.
