*Note1*  Overall Impression. Congratulations on achieving your 6th Writing.Com Anniversary. Six years and still at it. I hope you keep writing and wish you the best on your continued writing journey.

Honestly, I have to wonder if this isn't close to our current state of our judicial system. Folks coming up with the flimsiest of defenses for some alleged crime, no matter how heinous. It's even more humorous when the criminal is caught dead to rights.

I must admit you caught me unawares with your ending. Finally, a judge who's had enough and is unafraid to act. Old West justice without the fear of rubbing some person or group the wrong way.

*Exclaim*  Technical and Editorial Considerations. I normally list those areas that relate specifically to the mechanics of your writing here--punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc.

         *Bullet* One point to consider. If Mr. Morgan tied Mr. Leinenkugel to a chair, how could he have access to his back to stab him 37 times?
