A cute story involving a grandfather and his granddaughter, as the two of them engage in a weekly game of chess. The grandfather helps the child out when they lose, helping them to understand what happened, slowly nurturing a love for the game. In time, the child grows up, becoming a mother herself, still loving the game that she has with her grandfather. A very cute story to read.
