A man tries to live his life trying to run a company. However, that's not easy, especially after finding out that his wife, who has medical issues, is expecting. It's even harder because one of those under him was murdered at work. Then, there's the visions he's been having. Lots of complications.

I don't see any issues with the spelling and grammar, where the English segments are concerned. However, you might want to double-check the French segments. I think that part of it was off.
