 | Beating the Heat  [E] Perhaps that wasn't such a hot idea...  |
| (4.0)  Hi, Amethyst! This was a great and interesting story about two scientists working together to create a cure for global warming. You characters were believable and the story had a humorous tone to while keeping it serious also. Well done. ~~~ The story was great, you added a conflict and resolution in only 300 words which was easy to understand. I enjoyed reading through it in its entirety. ~~~ You do have one typo in the sentences that says, "But, sirs—" I assume this was meant to say "sir." The only other suggestion I have would be to name the characters more often, particularly in the last section of the story. There two male scientists, but a lot of sentences say "he," and do not specify which person is talking or doing the act. I had to read the ending a few times to understand who was doing what. ~~~ Overall, this was a short and fun read! I liked how you included that one of the scientists is younger and still learning.
