I loved your poem and the sentiments behind it.

Your open home, heart, and table are beautiful. Your love for your family and friends and humanity shined throughout the poem.

I thought the Shadorma form went well with the message of your poem.

My favorite line was "Family is what you make," because it's true and kind of sums up your whole caring and welcoming attitude in this poem.

I thought you did a great job with the prompt for week fifteen of the current round of the Promptly Poetry Challenge. You even gave four more lines than required.

I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "A Note of Thanks" poem.

The thing that stood out to me is more about your note than your poem. Newbies and non-poetry people might not have any idea what "LC" means, so I'd recommend spelling it out as "Line count" or just "12 lines" or "Twelve lines." Basically, something that anyone, no matter their level of experience with poetry, might understand.

As with any review, please take what serves you and release or ignore what doesn't.
