Ah, trying food you otherwise don't normally try to eat. In this case, Japanese-styled sushi. Made, in part, with raw fish, there is a lot to think about. Sometime the first experience is quite the memory - either you find out that you love it, or you find out that you hate it. However, there's lots of versions - some you will enjoy, and others you won't. So, try some.

Thoughts
Makes me chuckle as I remember my experience with frog legs - tasted like chicken that ate a lot of fish, and I wish that the place was that good again.
