I think there's a lot of great perspective in this piece, about the importance of setting healthy boundaries and having relationships where there isn't an unhealthy amount of dependency. Even though this piece speaks to "family people" that aren't biologically related, I think it's an important reminder for us to be mindful of in all of our relationships.
