It was not on a day, but regular basis, we see how the number of inhuman is increased. But, nowadays, we very rarely can see a human. The modern species looks like humans until they react. Their attitude told us once they were human. They forget what humanity is!

The poet is an experienced person and observes our society very minutely. So he realizes that unfortunate truth. He becomes frustrated.
But, like us, the poet also hopes that humanity comes back again. But we don't know how long will it take. It is very difficult to judge the time. We hope the time will come back.
