Positives

I don't think I've ever seen a mashup between Jane Eyre and Harry Potter before! This was creative and I think you did a great job featuring all of the Harry Potter elements that you think someone from 200 years ago would be interested to see.


Suggestions

I would have loved to have seen a little more about not just Hogwarts and Harry Potter, but some of the other modern elements that Jane Eyre would have discovered as well. In addition to the magic and literary elements, I imagine she'd also be relatively gobsmacked by things like electricity and even the train to Hogwarts. It would have been great to include some of those elements as well.

I also can't say that, for me personally, meeting JK Rowling is anywhere near the top of my list of celebrities I'd like to meet after her recent forays into anti-trans activism and outright bigotry; she's one of the foremost examples of situations where I very much try to separate the author from their work, because I love the Harry Potter books but detest her as a person. But I don't suppose Jane Eyre would be aware of any of that backstory if she were to suddenly time-travel to the present day for a Harry Potter holiday.


Overall

Overall, I enjoyed reading this item. It was imaginative and entertaining. Nice work!
