A caper of epic proportions - or it would be, if it wasn't so funny. An officer has an odd dream, involving some rather crazy things, involving two famous leaders, and a dog. Next thing he knows, he looses a shoe, and then his car, and crazy things happen to the car. Will he get the car back? Who knows?
