I saw this in the newsfeed and had to take a look. I love that you gave the 'Crone' a name. It seems like you're going to handle this journey a lot better than I did because I noticed a generous measure of humour in your writing. Make sure you remember that because there will be days when there will be more madness than laughter!

Collagen supplements are your friends. People who roll their eyes when you mention menopause are not. Just a couple of bits of advice that helped me *Laugh*
