NanoWrimo Excitement!

Has everyone stocked up on energy snacks and bottles of tap water in anticipation of NanoWrimo? I wonder how many of you have the outline done? I hope any who decides to try last months writing the novel in scenes , lets me know how it goes. I'd sure be interested.

*Note* Don't forget to register for NanoWrimo! You'd be surprised what's forgotten in the throes of excitement.

On the small chance you haven't noticed all the great places you can go to prepare and be encouraged by others doing the same thing, I'm listing just a few of them.

Submitted Comment: This newsletter is going into my NaNo Prep Folder! I don't want to be too prepared, but having a firm idea of the novel's key elements like themes and plot points (scenes) will spark and re-spark my muse as the competition days roll on. Thanks for the great novel writing organization tips!

Great--good luck, Nicki!

Submitted Comment: Thanks so much for the in-depth article about writing a novel one scene at a time. It's a very helpful way to approach climbing the mountain. Thanks!

If you use it in a story, I hope you let me know--I'd love to read it.

Submitted Comment: Makes me really think about my writing in a whole different way. I find myself checking out the back covers of those novels! Very informative!
Writing is hard enough and I believe in doing things as efficiently as possible, while not losing the creativity. Back covers, huh? There was a letter about blurbs not too long ago.

We always appreciate the feedback, thanks!
