What should I do with them? A Pokémon question.

Poll Question:
The Pokémon TCG uses characters from the games and anime, which I plan to use for my story. However, there are some characters made specifically for the card game. Mainly trainer classes.

Since I've made items listing the TCG mechanics for the story (and how they'll work in the story), should I make one going over the TCG specific characters?

While I'm at it. Should I also include the manga characters like Yellow and Emerald, or should I stick to the game and anime characters only?
