How should I write them down? A Pokémon question.

Poll Question:
I'll put "Ash and Red" in place of the OC Gym Leaders to make things a little easier.

One of Holon's Gym Leaders may be two Gym Leaders (if the idea works), but I was wondering how I should explain their team?

Specific Pokémon
Ash and Red only have three Pokémon each. So I should label them "Ash's Charizard" and "Red's Venasaur" to state who's using what Pokémon.

Same Pokémon
Ash and Red will both have a full team of six (same Pokémon, abilities, held items, and moves), but will only use three each. So if Ash calls out his Charizard, Red's Charizard won't be seeing the field.
