Heat and swimming go hand in hand,
An exciting stop at a lemonade stand.
School is out ,another month anyway.
Then back to the books, bells, and rules. Shucks!
As autumn falls, foliage becomes bright,
Reds and browns, orange and golden yellows.
Sunlight dances in the chill of the early morning dew,
Mother Natures song while brittle leaves sing.
Soon will be snow, a blanket upon the earth.
Children will laugh and play, saying, " School's out this day!"
Too soon they return to warm classrooms,
While nature is busy with other surprises.
Soon will come spring, with leaves of green.
Blossoms will begin to open, getting ready for spring
In all there blomming glory. All the colors, all the joy,
Oh what bliss!
Seeing another year of nature, leaves me anxious to see the next.
