Star Struck

As the night passes by,
my heart races
I hear your voice
and I feel safer.
Closing my eyes
I dream of a place
where it cant be you and me.
I hear that one song
and I start to think
of how you make me feel when we are together.
The distance seperates us
The stars connect us
I look up to them at night before I fall asleep
and hope you are looking at them too
I fall asleep and dream of you
