Definition of Love
 
I believe in complete trust
To not mislead or lie
I believe in loyalty
For that someone you would die
 
I believe in being patient
Just wait, good things will come
I believe that some are heaven sent
Where else could they be from?
 
I believe in fascination
With someone you want to know
I believe in maturation
As you help each other grow
 
I believe in physical attraction
That you notice at first glance
But you cannot have true affection
Until you give the soul a chance
 
I believe in showing concern
You can touch a life if you’ll just reach
I believe in willingness to learn
Everyone has their own lesson to teach
 
I believe you should be available
To listen to one’s thoughts
That gift is much more valuable
Than anything you could have bought
 
I believe in never holding back
About the way you feel
In courage you must never lack
If you want to keep things real
 
I believe in strong support
In always being there
I believe that life is short
Show people that you care
 
I believe
That what we define as simply ‘love’
Must consist of all of the above
