The 'Art' of organization is just that...an art. Being a natural scatter-brain, I sometimes find it hard to get my workspace in order, and getting a portfolio on WDC was no better. After much internal debate, I buckled down to 'clean' up my port, making it much neater and more accessible to others. Everything in its place as they say.

For those of you who have over 250 items (or even less) in your ports, you can understand how difficult it is to get everything re-arranged, hence this contest was created to challenge everyone to get as organized as possible. Put everything in its place, and make your port not only neater, but more creative and inviting to others. Sounds like a lot of work, huh? But no worries, you've got a whole month to work on it and to submit links to your port as soon as you think you're ready for presentation.

RULES:

All submissions should have at least twenty items in their port.

You can submit links by either copying and pasting the URL or simply typing in your username in a forum post. Then all we have to do is click on your briefcase.

You are allowed to continue working on your port until the final day. After that, no fiddling around with things folks. It won't be fair to the others.

Contest officially begins on September Ist and ends September 30th 12 A.M WDC time.
(Depending on the number of entries, winners will be announced at least a week afterwards)

POINTS:

General Appearance - Folders are appropriately labeled and the right items placed within them.

Creativity - Use of images, witty poems or anecdotes, or the ML tags to introduce the reader to a particular folder or item. (Not required, but creative names for your folders are also encouraged.)

Your Bio Block - it might not seem like much, but hey, that's the first thing to strike a visitor checking out your port.

Ratings - Very important. You must have each folder or item given the right rating or points will be deducted. Not sure about ratings? Check out: "Content Rating System (CRS)"

This is NOT a port raid, so do not expect to get several reviews for different items in your port. If that happened, we'd never get the judging done. Judges can, or will decide which item or folder they'll review once through your portfolio.

+ Merit Badge for Organization/Creativity or 10,000gps.
