What if the painters had other lousy jobs instead of being artists?
Many people know that when names like Da Vinci and Michaelangelo are said they think of painters, but in our minds we wonder how life would be for the great painters if they had other jobs instead. Here's what their letters to one another would've been like.

Dear Michaelangelo,

It's me, Da Vinci. I found the peace and tranquility I was searching for in a janitorial job. The messes I clean are large and sometimes very rancid, but other than that it's a nice quiet job. How are things working out for you?

Signed,

Leonardo

Dear Leonardo,

I'm rather excited to hear that the job is treating you well. I myself have found the same peace in a delivery job....Well almost. To be honest, the days are long and the people seem to complain about the slow timing in which they receive their packages. I must be off there's a rumor around town about a man named Mochelli who's been comissioned to paint that Sistine Chapel. It's the one with the gigantic ceiling.

Signed,

Michaelangelo

Dear Leonardo,

I heard about the peace you seem to have found in your janitorial job. I for one have taken up an exciting and delightful job. It's known as beggary. I cannot stand it! I have nothing! You know what I gave my lady for her birthday present? My own ear! It's terrible running through the streets trying to get a few tokens from the townfolk. Also, being called names like old guy, dirty man, and my personal favorite Mr. Horrid Face does not help to improve the situation. Somebody please shoot me. Please shoo-

Signed,

The Man Who Shot Van Gough.

As you can see. The lives of our great painters were all short lived, especially for Van Gough. I hope this has been as informative for you as it was for me.
