What is Ecru? In Sri Lanka? Is it, when you can't have a 'White Wedding' because you are 'Not White'? Or things start to go wrong, when a rejected suitor of yours, starts a whispering campaign, claimimg that you are 'Not White'!

A tale of love and intrigue, deceit and lies and back-biting ... when friend turns foe, and kith turns against kin! Of Drug-running and political shilly-shallying... and downright treachery! Set against the backdrop of an over twenty-years 'war' by Tiger Rebels in Sri Lanka, accelrated beyond measure by the events of Black July! With a hotsch-potsch mixture of Red-Rebels, Campus Hooliganism and Sadism thrown in! And a dash of Science Fiction thrown in to Spice Things Up!

Of One Man's Love for the Woman whom he was suppposed to Arrest, Torture and Intergorate ... And One Woman's Desperate attempt to balance Truth with her Word of Honour, and unwillingness to betray those whom she loved, or what she believed in!

One man's quest for justice ... done, and not merely seemed to have been done ... And one woman's lonely prayer for release and deliverance!
