I hear mystical dragons roar
I see fairies, goblins, and wizards
I want the ability to paint a picture in your mind

I pretend to be a knight, sorceror and heroine
I feel heartache, adventure, and joy
I touch the world of light and darkness, good and evil
I cry out to the imagination of others

I understand writing is right for me
I say imagination is the key
I dream the stories I want to write
I try to test my skill and knowledge
I hope to inspire as I was inspired
