Yves didn’t try to resist. He allowed his small body to be handed off to the nun without a single word. He wanted so dearly to be away from that woman who called herself his mother, to never have to see her again. He got his wish, though he never imagined he would be stuck in a “boarding school”, as Claretta called it, though he knew very well it was an orphanage.
