I, therefore, can make the choice to simply change my thoughts. If what I am thinking is not encouraging, reassuring, calming or comforting to me, I know that it is not from the Lord. He is the One who loves me and cares for me. Yes, He will discipline me at times; however, even in the times of discipline He will do it with love.
What am I thinking? Does it reflect Him and His love for me? If not ... I am to change the thought because I can only think one thought at a time.
