Continuing situation

Well here we are again. House still on the market, however there has been an increase in possibilitives. A few prospects viewed the house yesterday and 2 have asked to look at it again.

I may have made a really big mistake this week. I put my daughter's auto in my name and on my insurance. I talked her into buying a new auto, however at age 18 she has no credit and can't get financing. Putting her name on as Co-Owner would cause the insurance costs to sky rocket. Well, I sure hope she learns to be responsible and is timely with her payments of both the auto and insurance. Wish me luck everybody.
