A fictional hate poem
I hate the way you look at me,
loathe your every touch.
I despise the way you seem to be
thinking of yourself so much.

I cringe when you try to kiss me
and speak pretentiously of love.
I wish that I could make you see,
it’s you I no longer dream of.

I hate the manly scent of you
that used to make me melt inside.
I loathe all you say and do,
the love once felt for you has died.

No longer am I a part of you,
for you, I’ve shed my last tear.
I hate you for making me feel blue,
and for taking all I once held dear.
