I was once wild and free, then you the devil captured me,
Picked me among all the flowers, then put me under your evil powers

You told me what was wrong was right
You wanted me to hate and fight

You told me love did not exsist
then put me on top of your evil list
You told me love and faith was wrong
Then started your heartless song

Your cruel game was to take my soul'
You told me it was the devil's goal
You took all the love I had inside
You wanted me to cower and hide

As I was once so wild and free
To laugh and sing and sit in the sun
To go on thinking life's just begun

To be with my friends among the clover
I'll pray to God to start all over
I know that he will hear my prayer
I have always known that he was there

I could have never survived your schemes
God took over and showed me my dreams
I didn't believe you or your lies
You always feared God would hear my cries

All the drugs and nasty tricks
