I wrote this the night my Grandmother died.
I wrote this the night my Grandmother died. I'd almost cried myself to sleep when i heard her whisper "Don't worry, i'm ok". I jumped up and looked around the room and no one was there. So i came over to the computer and wrote. This is what came out ...

Sitting on the front porch with my head in my hands.
Tears running down my face.
My heart is heavy and my spirits low.
I'll never see you again.

I heard your laughter dancing in the trees
I saw you dancing through the air.
i felt a breeze go by and heard you whisper

Don't worry, i'm in no more pain
Don't worry, i can dance again
Just Don't worry

I leaned back my head to ask why. Tears dripping from my chin.
I could see you in the clouds and I saw you wave,
In the breeze i heard you sigh ...

Don't worry, I'm always with you
Don't worry, I'm in good hands
Just Don't worry,

I heard your laughter dancing in the trees
I saw you dancing through the air.
i felt a breeze go by and heard you whisper
Don't worry,

I may tweek it later on down the road. Who knows ...
