The taste of a gut wrenching sickness thickly fills the throat of a regurgitative stomach, while it does a kick and a flip when you get that nose filled smell of burnt children

Shots awake the babies that dream of a better world in a deep slumber
Red fills the streets with the blood of men

Men who will never see their wives and children
Who will never push their baby on a plastic red swing
No celebrated their daughter or son’s fifth birthday at Chuck-E-Cheese
Little girls and boys huddles together in alleyways
Orphans who have no home to go to because it was blown to smithereens
People lay on the streets…
A blank, glassy eyed stare leaves a message that there is no soul living there anymore

Politicians sit in a nice comfy armchair
A warm fireplace crackles in their big wonderful mansions
Safe from harm, miles away from danger
