Even as a child, Ted's biggest fear was being buried alive. The vision of ripping out his fingernails while trying to claw his way out of the grave was terrifying. That's why Ted designed his own coffin. It was equipped with cell-phone, flashlight, extra batteries, oxygen and a high boost antenna. The heart attack happened at work. Pain sliced through Ted's chest like a dull knife. When his eyes opened again, he realized the nightmare had come true. He was buried alive. He felt sick, but he forced himself to be calm. Reaching for the flashlight Ted realized this wasn't his casket that was his last sane thought. Ted's wife sighed, cremation was better, Ted will be happier this way.
