You keep screaming in my ear,
Yet you can’t get a hold of me

My head’s in the clouds,
My tears in the grass

From my pain you’ll suffer too
Giving me this pain you’ll suffer too

The agony of showing this fear,
Makes my thoughts oh so sheer

These emotions are desperately thin,
And your stress to try to save me,
It still won’t sink in

Hold me ‘till my soul spills out
Love me ‘till I can stop this pout

It’s only a daily affair to feel like this
Just want to feel like I feel when we kiss
