Young Alice Catanzaro was walking home from school one day.for some reason her mom made her walk home with her little brother and sister,Izzy and Phillip.so Alice was walking 6 paces ahead of them.as soon as the reached the corner of their street dufcan (one of the boys that goes to her school) paced her up on his bike.
Alice was maddly in love with duncan and wanted him, but she new that he was popular and she was not.She didnt have a chance.Duncan happended to live on her street so she said hi.he turned around and looked at her.hey he said and rode into his drive way.Alice blushed.when they got to their house they walked in side and alices mom said the usual mother frase,how was your day at school.alice(still being in her own little world with duncan )answered good, but it came out like goooooooooood.kind of like a dazed answer.her mom looked at her in a weird way.
Izzy new right away . Duncan said hi to her today.oh did he her mom said.well why dont u ask him out.mom,alice said .its not that simple.....hes popular im not .so he is a good friend of urs u still have a chance...even ur friends katie and kelsey say u have a chance.you no you shoulld listen to them .they are really smart.ya ya ok alice said.that night she lay awake thinking what day she should ask him out.#1,she could ask him out on friday because fridays are good days to go down to coventry to shop or something.#2 it is weird for a girl to ask out a guy ,right?
