3.Plot

A. Exposition

While hunting in the park Lennox finds himself saving a girl from a rivaling coven of vampires called the Versages
Seeing the eight year old child hurt and distraught takes her home to the Mavedi Estate.

B. Conflict

Lennox is breaking one of the cardinal rules of “The Laws of Taos”
by bringing a mortal into a coven

C.Rising Action (3)

1. Someone adverts The Eder’s that Lennox is harboring a mortal

2. Troy kidnaps Laurelle and saved by the Mavedi Coven

3. The Elders give Lennox an ultimatum kill Laurelle himself or hand
her over to them to kill for him.

D. Climax

Lennox is arrested and put in front of the court by The Elders. Troy and Gemma make up false accusations like he is responsible for the massive murders through out the town and risking exposing them. The court convene and Lennox is sentenced to death He is taken to a abandoned warehouse and hung from the beams waiting for the morning sunlight so he could be burned by the sunlight. Lennox is saved by Danella. They ambush Troy who had come to witness his death and end up dying the same way that Lennox was suppose to. Afterwards the two head back to the Estate.

E. Falling action and Resolution

1. The Mavedi coven go on a rampage and kill any Versages in sight.

2. Lennox decides it is best to hide Laurelle at a boarding school fearing
The Elders would be coming after her again and take her that same night.

3. Both Lennox and Danella go into seclusion

4. Narrator: third person
