I wasn't suppose to love him,
I wasn't suppose to care,
I cry myself to sleep at night,
It's now my lullaby.
Is it enough to love,
Or enough to breath,
He ripped my heart out,
And left me here to bleed.
He saved me once,
But broke the pieces of my heart.
When he left without a word,
I found out how much I really cared.
I missed his face, his voice, but most of all,
I miss the person I came to know,
I realized he's the one I love,
And I can't let him go.
He's the reason I live,
The reason I care for most everything.
Sometimes I wonder if I told him I loved him,
Would he love me to?
Because of him I'm lying here,
Trying to heal my heart,
And stop my tears.
Loving him is the slowest form of suicide.
