You say your body is a temple
And you call yourself a phenomenal woman
But your not being treated phenomenally
So answer me this question
If your body is a temple
Why do you treat it like a shack?
It’s self respect you lack
A phenomenal woman does not curse and has good morals
Most girls now a day are all about oral
Oral presentation given to ever guy they meet
NO! Don’t get up now please please have a seat
If you can’t take the heat, well I guess you stuck in this kitchen
Cuz this needs to be heard
I think you better shut-up and listen to these words
Most girls complain about being disrespected
But yet they disrespect each other
Laying low with another girls man tryna remain undercover
For those of you who run the streets and work on these street corners
And fellas you know she quick and you
So quick to jump up on ‘er
Some girls say they the baddest bitch
And they say men are dogs
But in all actuality you’re the dogs
Well LOOK you said it not I
But I’m beginning to think there is truth beneath your eyes
Behind all the make-up and things that deface your true features
You are our future lawyers, doctors and teachers
So the question still remains…
If you call yourself a phenomenal woman
Why do you act this way?
If your so phenomenal…. what else can I say??
