Just somethin I wrote one day about 1 of my sons.

Children are the peace in this world.


He runs to me,
"Mom, I have something for you!"
He extracts from behind his back,
This withering brown leaf
"I have a flower for you!"

Children think all things are beautiful.
They stop to acknowledge Nature,
Whether it be dead or alive.
To him Nature is an elegant thing,
A gift I wish we all had.
