i worte this a while ago also. its not one of my best, but i guess it is o.k.
In a family, love last forever.
In a friendship, love is everywhere.
In a relationship, love is uncertain.

Love is in your heart, not in your mind.
Love can be found and love can be lost.

My love last forever, for you it always will.
Yes your my grandma, and my friend just the same.

You sing " Happy Birthday" and Merry Christmas too.
Your always there when I need you, or even when I don't.
I can cry on your shoulder, or laugh with you too.
My grandma your so special,
inside and out.
