Write Off

Oh, how I thought we were meant to be. Its crazy because the way I felt about you no one could tell me different. There were so many things we did together, and we struggled together. Please don't ask me what happened because it was beyond me. Only explanation was that I grew out of you. I remember at one point no matter what you did to me I still had a passion for you. I guess its true that all things happen for a reason huh? Although we are now separate our offspring keeps us connected.
To be honest I don't think at this point I want to be connected to you. If I sound harsh so let it be, but if possible I would erase the last ten years and be free from you but still keep our blessings that we made.
Well no sense in envisioning the impossible. You were perfect for a young girl dreaming of things to come. But to my reality as a woman you were so disconnected from my wants, however vast they may be. Finally throughout it all I comprehend what happened, I just can't answer why, if the inevitable was a sure fit.
And that's all I can say about that.
