A poem about the relationship between the night and the things that dwell in it
The night's heart beats
in white silence,
In the beauty of it all
my heart stands still
I am enraptured by
the tenderness in nature's
song and my soul cries out
in joy at its melody
My spirit dances across
the moon beams
Leaping, Jumping, Skipping
to the beat of a dark anthem
glistening tears fall from translucent
eyes as I am caught up in the
wonder of night's song
