Instead of crying these tears
I could have made something out of myself
God i wasted the years

I can't let you get the best of me
I let you win to many times
It's time you see

All I asked was that you be a father
You weren't then
Now why even bother

There will be a time when you will need me
I won't be there for you either

For things hurt when they come around
And like me you will too cry those tears
And you will always frown

For i know now what i did not then

i got to be there for myself which
you have not been


You pushed people away
and ran from your problems
soi am ending it all today

This will be the last time i think of you
as something important to me
